Does this come witb the screws for mounting

Surprisingly yes. I was pleasantly surprised. This is a very handy mounting platform. Also came with screwdriver.

The desc. states that it fits a rasp 4b. my 4b does't fit. there is no screw 4 the center & full size sd does't allow it to fit in slot. anyone else?

You might have to make a custom design board for the Rasp PI zero.

Missing Parts

This product arrived on time and to most extents met expectations. Unfortunately the package did not contain the screws necessary to mount the Raspberry Pi and Arduino boars to the base. I’ve gone through my own stash of screws but the thread size seems to be very strangeDisappointing.
