In The Swim Winter Swimming Pool Algaecide - 1 Quart

Have ordered this product before and works great. Didn't need to use it this year but have it on hand for anytime the pool needs a little shocking. Highyly recomend for pool lovers.

First time I used this Algaeside Winterizer, so we'll see. I've used their other products and I have not been disappointed.

I’ve used this over the last two years. It works much better and longer than regular algaecide over the winter.

We were recommended this product by a pool expert and have been very happy now in using it for 2 years. We make sure to have a couple of these at hand and will apply one in late fall when closing the pool and another mid-winter. When we open the pool in the spring we have no problems with algae and the pool is easier to get ready for swimming. We have a 20 by 40 ft gunnite concrete pool and have experienced no staining or other problems with its use.

good product for pool closing

Second year pool owner here. After my first winter (pool closed for 7.5 months) I opened to a green monster which took forever to clear up. Last fall when I closed up I added a full bottle of this stuff right before I put the cover on (9/20/20). Took a peak today (5/3/21) and the water is still clear. It's dirty but definitely no signs of green algae. I'm surprised to be honest but for $18 it appears to be worth it.
