A Great Product
A Great Product, Easy to use, suction is very good and it removes all the dust. Mapping is easy, and modifying the maps and creating rooms and Zones are 80% Automatic and you just need to refine little bit. Completely satisfied and will recommend this product.

المنتج معيب. خدمة الزبائن في شركة أمازون ممتازة.
1- الطلب والتوصيل سريع ومن دون مشاكل.2- علبة المنتج لم تكن مغلقة بإغلاق أصلي... مفتوحة من قبل وبعض القطع بغير أماكنها الصحيحة.3- البرمجة والارتباط بالموبايل سهل وغير معقد.4- بعد تجربة شهر تكررت الأخطاء التالية:* توقف مفاجئ عن العمل من دون وجود عثرات على الأرض أو اصطدام بأجسام ( جدار أو مفروشات ).* حذف تلقائي للخريطة من التطبيق بالجوال وبشكل متكرر.* ضياع وعدم وجود توجه فراغي.5- فترة السماح بارجاع المنتج قصيرة ولم تتجاوز الأسبوعين. تم فتح المنتج بعد أسبوع من التوصيل. وحتى وصولي لقناعة أن الخطأ من المنتج، تم تجاوز فترة السماح بالإرجاع بشكل تلقائي حيث توجب عليي التواصل بشكل شخصي مع خدمة العملاء.( إضاعة لوقت العميل).6- خدمة العملاء: كانت الموظفة لطيفة، مصغية، ومتفهمة للمشكلة. وبعد أن استشارت أحد من المشرفين و التدقيق لدقائق ( تم الوضع على وضعية الانتظار) تم اتخاذ القرار بإعادة المنتج وإعادة المبلغ المدفوع إلى البطاقة الائتمانية.يفترض أن يتم استلام المنتج من المنزل و إرجاعه للبائع ومن ثم ارجاع المال.

Likes. Good cleaning, easy to handle and maintain. Good value for money spent.Water container for mopping is sufficient for one room. Requires refilling water 3 to 4 times for 6 rooms of different sizes

ممتاز لكن توقف بعد 7 أشهر
اشتريتها قبل 7 أشهر وبقيت تعمل بشكل ممتاز ولكن منذ أيام خربت البطارية وكان تعامل أمازون ممتاز فقد أرجعوا لي قيمة المكتسة وسأشتري مكنسة جديدة لأني تعودت عليها فهي رائعة
