product great - shipping poor
Product is great - just what we wanted - but when it was shipped - they just slapped a shipping label on the outside of the box - damaging the box - not good when giving as a gift.

Quick trouble-free Shuffler
This makes playing cards much more fun without the hassle of shuffling the cards. We typically play with 3 decks of cards plus so this makes life much easier.

Defective playing cards shuffler.
The media could not be loaded. Product is defective; it is missing the battery spring and plate. It's a Christmas gift. Are you able to replace immediately, and how do I go about returning the defective item?

Broken item
The card shuffler was unusable and had to be returned to Amazon. One side of the unit didn’t work. Now waiting for a refund. Amazon paid the return fee and was very easy to deal with regarding the process.

Check it out carefully when it arrives
I didn’t like the fact that the case was broken but luckily the piece was still in the box and I was able to crazy glue it together. Still working.

CHEAP PROSUCT. LOUSY!
Horrible product. DIDNT work lousy quality EVERYTHING about this product sucks. It didnt even work correctly and tore the cards. SUPER pissed. On top of it they wont issue a refund till they get it back. They were supposed to come and pick it up tonight and they DIDNT. GRRRR

Fonctionne pas bien
Je dois pesé sur le paquet de carte pour qu'il fonctionne correctement ? Très décevant même avec un paquet de cartes neuf. Je ne le recommande pas!

Was broken right when I opened it
Put batteries in and the thing wouldn't stop. The button was broken and I never got to use it
