First impressions are important.
This was the second Zwilling Kramer knife I purchase though Chef's Arsenal in the past 3 months. The first knife I purchased in November 2022 was spotless with no blemishes as you would expect from products manufactured in Seki, Japan.I own more than a dozen Shun knifes and all came boxed in pristine condition.The most recent Zwilling Kramer knife I purchase though Chef's Arsenal was fine, however the blade was dirty and there was a dark human or animal hair stuck to the blade which made me think this may have been a "floor model".The blade cleaned up nicely and it is otherwise fine. First impressions are important.
