It works better than the original junky remote that came with the tv but just buy a Roku stick and you will abandon regular tv and not need the tv remote. There are many great streaming services out there including Amazon Prime. Most are free, Prime video is part of your Prime membership. I find that Pluto, Tubi, Prime and YouTube are the best.

This was the best purchase ever!! I did not expect much, being that it’s not a Vizio brand remote for my Vizio Smart TV and well you get what you pay for sometimes......... BUT THIS REMOTE HERE, is AWESOME!!! It looks identical to the Original smart remote with keyboard which my kids destroyed while playing!!! The part that blew my mind was that all you do is put in the batteries and thats it, the thing WORKED!!! No looking for codes or programming of any sorts!!! Will definitely purchase again when the time comes!!!

Remote works great, worked right out of the package. But the QWERTY key board on the back doesn’t work. Is it not compatible with my TV? Or is there a way to program it? My TV isn’t very old so I can’t imagine it’s my tv. Any ideas?

The only thing problem at all actually lies in the TV that the remote goes to. Those turd burglars at Vizio removed almost all of the apps on the TV, so the quick buttons to Amazon and Netflix are worthless. I'm getting a Fire Stick in a couple days which will solve that problem, but I'm unsure if the quick buttons will work again or not. I'll update the review once I install it. Other than that, the remote is perfect!
