Are these wrist weights adjustable for different fitness levels?

Yes! These adjustable wrist ankle weights feature independent pockets. You can easily add or remove the weighted steel plates to customize your intensity.

Can I wear these weights for daily movements around the house?

Definitely! These arm leg weights are sleek and comfy. Ideal for chores, walking, or yoga to burn more calories and tone your body effortlessly all day long.
