There are a few things that I would note about this product. Recommended dose is 6 pumps a day I put it directly under my tongue and let it sit there for about 30 seconds to let it absorb then i swallow and chase with something it does have a not so great aftertaste but it’s not that bad. I’m really sensitive to taste so if your not sensitive it might not bother you at all. You could try mixing it with juice maybe but I don’t want the sugar. But I will say for me it’s worth it because it hits super fast this is one of the most effective b supplement I have tried I actually feel an energy boost from it I take all my vitamins in the afternoon instead of having an afternoon coffee and for the most part it gets me through the day without an issue!!

This is a product that's high quality and works in record time! It is nice to be able to get the supplements that I need, in the correct dosageswithout having to take another pill. This bottle is easy to use, just squirt 6 pumps (don't worry, the pumps are tiny) directly into your mouth or into some cold water and consume. The taste is sweet and fruity. It's overall palatable. I would recommend this method for taking vitamins and supplements to people who can't stand pills or who take to many already.

I like this product overall the only thing that I would change is the taste. However because it's more easily absorbed I can handle the taste as long as I chase it with some water. It does help with energy and mood imo. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to get in more daily vitamins with faster and easier absorption.
