Would it work with the Flash TT350s as well?

Whilst I don't have a TT350s the adapter for that type of flash comes with plenty of room to accommodate the vast array of flash Brands. I've used it on a Godox AD200, Shanny SN600, Neewer TT 670, and Yongnuo YN565EX so I would say yes

Would this work with Nikon Sb-700?

I have Nikon Sb-910 is a good fit. I am sure will work with Sb-700.
