Great little casters. I had been using 3" because they tend to roll easier and support more weight, but I need a lower profile and these 2" fit the bill perfectly. Overall they raise everything 2-7/8" inches off the floor. I'm using them on a spindle sander cabinet in a shop with a flat, relatively smooth floor. They roll very smoothly and are plenty sturdy for me, and the locking mechanism is very solid. Great for the price.I do usually prefer two fixed casters with two swivel, but for this use all 4 swiveling was fine.

My husband built me the above-pictured rolling cart that holds part of my fabric stash. These caster wheels were the perfect choice for my cart. They're sturdy, and roll and swivel quietly over the hardwood floor in my sewing room. I especially like how the locks (shown above on the front of the cart) keep the wheels from rolling and swiveling when I have them locked. I roll the cart frequently and am always amazed at how simple it is to move this much fabric with such ease.My husband is impressed with these caster wheels and plans to use more in future projects. He said they installed without incident . . . high praise from a woodworker.

Only 4 stars because I actually haven’t had a chance to use these yet. They seem like decent wheels. Turn free, lock nice. Two have locks two don’t. Didn’t come with screws. Should roll pretty easy across smooth concrete. When these do get installed I will update my review review. If anything changes.Edit: got around to using these. I like them. I put them on my rack that holds a container that mixes salt water for my fish tank. Figure it’s about 200-300 pounds of salt water and these are holding up good, granted I don’t roll it around when it full of water.

Used these to make a trundle bed. Worked great due to low clearance. Bought 2 sets and used 6. Smooth gliding, quiet, non-marking on our wood floors. The locking casters work very well. The only issue I had was low clearance between the mounting plate and wheels.

Arrived on time and work great, no complaints. I used these 3” casters on a bass guitar speaker cabinet I built. Locks work great, wheel does not spin and pintle does not rotate when locked. Locks are easy to operate with your foot. I have another speaker cabinet and a very heavy bass guitar amp on top of the cabinet with these casters and they take the load just fine, makes this heavy rig a lot more maneuverable and it all stays put when you lock it down. Good quality, I recommend them.

Purchased the 2” diameter wheels to put under the stand that is holding my bird cage because I was worried about the overall weight; however, now that it is all installed, I realize that these as so heavy duty I probably could have gone with the smaller size. They were easy to install and the ball bearing makes the entire unit glide with ease. Thank goodness for the locking mechanism! The screw holes are quite large so I added #10 washers to give my screw heads something to hold on to. Works perfect!

I was very satisfied. I welded them to an angle iron frame to put under a band saw so it could easily be moved around the shop. I welded the two non locking wheels so they would not rotate and left the rear wheels to steer it by. These wheels are heavy duty and have great ball bearings and rotate and roll with ease. I would highly recommend them, especially for a low profile use. They only raised the saw about 2 inches. Great buy!!!

I was really tired of man-handling my washer and dryer which are on pedestals in and out of my laundry room whenever one of them required service. I ordered these casters to make the task easier, and they are perfect. Very easy to install, I just drilled the appropriate holes on the bottom of the pedastals and bolted these casters on. Now I can roll them around with comparatively little effort. The locking levers make it all possible, since they prevent the machines from moving around while in use.
