I would recommend ordering a size larger than you would normally wear as they are a bit tight for me for the size I ordered.

These are miles to small I bought large, to look at them they look size small, to late to send back after attempting to put them on once on they made my eyes water, ended up in charity shop.

I’m a 31-32inch waist, so ordered large to be on the safe side. They turned out to be very tight. I’d guess maybe they would be okay for a 30. The main problem however, Is that they offer little room for the meat and two veg.They might be alright for a boy, but if you’re ever planning a family, you best not wear these.Not recommended.
