This is definitely the BEST construction project management (from contractor's perspective) book I have ever read. The authors explain the concepts in a concise yet comprehensive fashion, like no other book I have seen has done. The coverage this book provides in about 300 pages is more comprehensive than similar lengthier books. There is NO excessive and unnecessary repetition of the same concept times and times through the book. I have learned literally from each and every line of this book, which makes this book one of the most VALUABLE construction-related books I have. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in learning about construction project management in US.
