Q: You say it battles yeast overgrowth, yet it has yeast in the ingredients. How is that okay?

The yeast in it is actually a good yeast that helps balance. The ingredients that help battle bad yeast are the grape seed extract with the enzymes. I haven't yet found another probiotic that has digestive enzymes,antifungal and good yeast along with the good microbes.
