Not sure if it works
I have had one cup of tea every day for 7 days now it does taste nice I don't add anything to it but I seem to fall asleep faster and I have the strangest dreams I will keep drinking it till it runs out

Amazing little flowers the tea was nice and smooth would highly recommend

bland
Not to sure about this tea. It was on time. Its pale blue and gentle on the taste buds. You could say bland, but then again everyones taste is different. Did it hightend my awareness. I dont think so. It is a calming tea.

Does help to remember & control dreams
I was mixing 2 other lucid dream teas with this as instructed by a user...Unfortunately it didn't work for me, though I kinda figured out why I shouldn't be remembering them..But I gave all 3 to my Beau who swears by em & loves the teas, so the above good review is his experience not mine..
