Purchased for my wife prior to her rotator cuff surgery. The gel packs freeze quick and are flexible. The pad the packs slide into is very soft and comfortable. Works great and usually only used one of the two ice packs at a time so always have a spare in the freezer while one is being used. I think the product worked met our needs nicely and was a fair price.

I love it could be used for hot or cold. I used it for heat on my back. I used it for cold on knee. Very easy to use . most of all it works. The pouch you put it back in is very comfortable. You don’t have to worry about wrapping it in a towel to use it.

The problem with other shoulder ice packs I have used is when you only have the use of one arm, it is almost impossible to position the pack and then afix it with the Velcro straps. This one is a single strap that hold the cold packs to front and back ( rotator injury) and hits the spot perfect. ONly complaint is I cannot find a place to buy some extra ice packs for this unit

Really like but Velcro wouldn’t work. I found everything else positive. Non-cumbersome.. Adjusted with large pins and works for me. Keep attached and when needed just put on! Light, easily adjustable. Ice packs perfect. Playable and hold cold nicely. Price and product very good.

Have a messed up shoulder and going through Physical Therapy and daily exercises to avoid surgery. Needed improved icing ability that I could put on, walk around the house or office after PT. This works great. I prefer it over the sleeve type for shoulder and this one I can use on other parts as needed. Very quick to chill and very comfortable. Well worth the money

THIS WAS FOR MY SCAPULA AREA OF MY BACK WHERE I HAVE ARTHRITIS. THE ICE STAYS COLD LONG ENOUGH, BUT ITS CUMBERSOME IN A WAY. ITS HARD TO GET ON PROPERLY WITHOUT THE ICE PACKS FALLING OUT. THERE SHOULD BE A VELCRO TAB TO KEEP THEM I PLACE. THE VELCRO THAT HOLDS IT TOGETHER IN "BOOK STYLE" IS FINE FOR THAT BUT IF YOU OPEN IT UP, THE VELCRO SCRATCHES THE SKIN AND THEN IF ITS CLOSED, ITS NOT BIG ENOUGH TO GO ACROSS THE BACK. ONCE ITS ON, ITS NOT BAD, I MEAN ITS FINE. BUT NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. SELLER SENT QUICKER THAN EXPECTED. NO GRIPE THERE. JUST THINK ITS KIND OF CHEAPLY MADE AND VERY AWKWARD TO WEAR. I HAVE IT ACROSS MY CHEST TO IT CAN CROSS MY BACK AND WELL, IT IS UNCOMFORTABLE THE WAY IT LAYS ACROSSED MY BREASTBONE. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS IS THE ONLY 1 I COULD FIND OF ITS KIND.

Super strong velcro and easy to use for my shoulder without asking someone to help you put it on. I use a large Ace ice pack by just laying it across my shoulder and putting this over it to hold it in place. Get better coverage this way, but the ice packs it comes with a pretty good too.

I purchased this item prior to my rotator cuff surgery 11 days ago. This has been the most versatile tool in my pain relief arsenal. I have the larger plug in model but I find myself using this item exclusively. I didn’t like being confined to my recliner. This unit works perfectly with my sling and I can move around as much as I want. I was able to completely stop all narcotic pain pills by day 6 with this. As long as I am diligent about using when the pain starts this is doing the trick.
