Design Bloggers at Home: Fresh interiors inspiration from leading on-line trend setters

The package made me smile when I received it because it reminded me of my mom, who passed away two years ago. It so well packaged that it was difficult to get into, just like my mom's packages to me! But that extra care in packaging meant that the book arrived in excellent shape. The description for the book was spot on, down to the number of originally dog-eared pages. (Actually I have only seen 2 such pages, fewer than described.) All in all, a great experience, and thanks for the smiles!

This rests on my coffee table and I love peeping through it every once in a while. The styles in there are fun.

totally inspired to redo a room or two now. I especially like Jonathans aesthetic, super clean edges and he's not afraid of color!

Nice enough, saves trawling through design blogs for a (slightly voyeuristic) peek of bloggers' homes. Personally, if I never see another Eames chair, MCM armchair or distressed pseudo-French armoire as long as I live it won't be soon enough.

Not bad, but not great. The photos' were nice, but not as much my style as i'd thought it would be.

Very fun glimpse at how clever and creative these design bloggers are in terms of their living spaces. Lovely photography, well-written. Inspiring.

How times change. In the 4 years since this book came out we now have the never ending #gifted or even worse "oh I got a present". The homes here look so ordinary and like a whole lot of love has gone into them. Some of the bloggers now have changed their style dramatically which is fine that is what interiors are all about bu tI think they have lost something along the way. Not a free watch or Anthro pressie in sight here.

This book does give some useful advice.

Nice book, some great inspiration looking at how the blogger decorate their own spaces.

My daughter loves this book. It was a Christmas present and she keeps going back to look through it. Lovely inspiring photos.
