This has a good list of ingredients including Ginko Biloba, ginseng , green tea and 10 mg of B6, 25 mg of B3 and 100 mg of vitamin C for the serving size of two capsules. The recommended amount is four capsules .

I bought this in 2019 (3 times) and once in Sept 2020.The 1st purchase was the best, highest quality ingredients.The next one in 2019 was also worked okay but I could see the difference.The latest one I got in 2020 is horrible - I could feel it doesn't have the ingredients in the prior year, feels totally different and crappy as it goes down the throat and won't feel anything in the mind.The quality degraded a lot.
