What does color 13 mean?

It appears to be just a 13th option of colors. I chose "color 12" and what is pictured is exactly what I received; the 4 different styles. Perfect.

How long are these? Do they come over your ankle?

If you have foot problems or flip-flops that you love, these are the perfect way to keep your feet warm and still enjoy your flip-flops in the winter. One of the folks I gave these to has had consistent problems with bunions and the separation of the big toe from the rest of the toes proved to be an unexpected blessing!

How do I know that I’m getting the right size? Is there a size chart for socks?

Sock sizes are based on what size shoe you wear. The average mens sock fits a size 7 to 10 mens shoe size..bought these for my husband who wears a 9.5 mens and they got great

I wear a mens size 12 US shoe can you guarentee that will fit?

Yes, it should not be a problem. I wear a 10.5
