Absolutely essential brand of Tamari sauce. The San J brand is too dilute and salty to be tamari specifically. Shipment of Kikkoman I just received was packaged so well the bottles could not have been damaged even in a war zone- a big improvement over the way they've shipped in the past with average packaging that did result in a broken bottle here and there.
