I followed instructions and nothing

I’m used this for excess of my arm

When I received my order the bottle was leaking out the oil was all over the box and it was open

My wife wanted this item to try she wanted to loose some weight and she saw a ton of t.v ads and internet ads claiming to help you loose weight if you follow the instructions,well she did and guess what? she did not loose any weight AT ALL.so this product is a fake .i will not buy it.

This product is a waste of money.
