Knocked my expectations out of the park!!!! This stuff is thick!!! Definitely recommend.
I don’t write reviews. But for this one I had to. First off the package came packaged inside another box and was very well packed! Second, I was shocked at how much they put into proper packaging. The roll came inside a solid plastic jar with a nice lid. Inside was a little vinyl wrapping tool. Then first rolled up inside are heavy paper templates for down tubes and other various frame locations. Then the roll slid out of the tube and I can feel the quality right away. I rolled it back some and peeled the corner to feel the thickness and this is where I was impressed, I thought I was buying a roll of vinyl sticker pattern to cover the top tubes and this is some impressive tape. Not only is a pretty cool pattern it’s clear in the back which is awesome! It’s actually really thick frame protecting tape. I didn’t install yet but I know it’s gonna work great on the fresh matte black! As of now, I 100% recommend this if ya wanna not only protect you paint but it also looks great. ONLY CON… the patterns suck bad. This one I is the ONLY reason I grabbed it. Def try it out!!!

Quality wrap at a great price, not the easiest to install.
WilderWild has a great product here. The tape is quality material and is quite a bit thicker than I expected for the price - a nice bonus! I’m pretty meticulous with my bikes and wanted a solid product to protect the frame of my Giant Trance from rock dings, branches, bike racks, scratches from nails, etc. After installation I can tell that this product will serve its purpose very well. It also looks sick on the bike, which was another reason for me purchasing. The wrap has definitely given my slightly older bike (2016) a more modern flare. With that said, I had to dock one star because even after watching the installation video and following it to a tee, I was still unable to remove all the air bubbles from underneath the tape. The bigger the piece, the harder this was to do. My advice would be to use a minimal amount of soapy water because almost all of the bubbles I got were due to water being trapped under the paint within the adhesive. All in all though, I would definitely buy this product again as a sweet protection + style bonus for my next future bike!

Sick Art, Great Quality — Looks amazing!
High quality, thick, sick art! Love it!I bought two to cover my whole bike. The tape is easy to reposition if you make a mistake.Getting the bubbles out and tailoring it to fit the bike took me a lot of time — but your patience will pay off!---Update: I ended up peeling off the protection from one of the stays to redo it, and with heat, it left no residue.

Great product maybe too thick?
Love the look and feel! Giving 3/5 stars for durability.I made sure to follow the application video instructions to a tee, made a whole day of it to really make sure every part was done to the best quality and care. After 2 very mild rides the wrap is already peeling off

Art deco is purple to gold, not black!
Second bike using this frame protection, it is a long project to put on, but really like how customizable it is. I use a heat gun on low instead of a hair dryer, and have had good luck removing it with rubbing alcohol and a good cotton rag. It's not easy, but it's the most durable protection tape I've seen. Got the art deco pattern this time, the dark portion is actually a nice purple! Very stoked about that, personally.

Too thick - Quality material let down by poor/runny adhesive, very difficult to install
The actual vinyl material itself is very thick. This is both a blessing and a curse. It means that if you get it applied and looking nice, it's very likely to last a long time, and offer solid protection. But it also means that it's very, very difficult to work with for anything but the most basic of shapes. It's very tricky to cut out the template patterns cleanly, even with very sharp/precise scissors. It's also almost impossible to get all air/soapy water bubbles out, even with previous vinyl experience (from cars), patience, generous heat application, and following their video instructions to a T.The adhesive itself is kind of a mess. Maybe I got a bad batch, but when I took the vinyl out of the package, there was adhesive coming out of the sides, like it had slightly melted. I thought "well, the edges are going to get thrown away anyway once I cut out the templates anyway" and proceeded (maybe I should've stopped there and returned...). Sure enough, once the tape is cut, the adhesive is still 'gummy', resulting in a sticky mess all over your bike at the edges of the tape when trying (and failing) to squeegee out all of the air/water. It looks pretty terrible, and I'm already dreading what's going to happen when I pull it off. I've worked with a decent amount of high quality 3M vinyls and have never seen or experienced any leaving such a gummy/sticky residue. Or any residue at all, actually.
