You have to take about four times as much and the effect isn’t noticeable. It’s real, but it’s highly diluted, and it’s in plastic.

Uso da un po’ di tempo la melissa se non riesco a calmare i pensieri prima di addormentarmi. Trovo questo prodotto molto comodo perché se ne può dosare la quantità desiderata. Sapore gradevole. Effetto benefico
