Does the diffuser fit along with the grid at the same time?

Yes, you can use both at the same. The grid fits inside while the diffuser slips over the outside. However, there is a tab that sticks out on the diffuser to help with removal that may get in the way. Not sure why you would want to use both at the same time as the diffuser negates the purpose of the grid.

What Grid degree is it 20 30 60

Mine came with a 50 degree grid.
