Excellent product. Nice customer support and a gud quality vision. First i don't know how to install soni just called the customer support person. They explained well through video call. Now it's working awesomly.

Unable to scan QR code. Failed to connect to wifi. Wasted all my money.
It is always unable to scan the RQ that is provided by their camera app. I have wasted my whole day trying to connect it to wifi. Then I called their customer care number and they helped me to reset the camera. Now the camera is connected with wifi. Don't waste time if it does not connect. call the customer care to get it connected.

I am using ify cctv camera since 5 months it's working. Due to some kind of issue it's not working then service centre repair my cctc with in 4 Day.Thanks you IFY.

Defective camera received
Defective product recieved, Amazon could not help in this product.Manufacturer doesn't respond and if customer buys the product it will be total lose. I suggest others be careful while buying this product.Refund is also not available. No cancellation option.

Pros: it's really work great no issue till now.. it's been one week I'm using it no issues so far ..Cons: it doesn't fit to all kind of b22 bulb holder eventhough it b22 camera bulbIf it's outside far away from router it disconnected sometime better to keep near to router (no issues if wall present)Updating after 2 month of use.. the motor has stopped working now it cannot work on 360 degree 😒 it can be only use on still camera.. i called for warranty but it cannot be done now it seems.. will update if any update comes for the warranty.
