I have been struggling with really thick callouses for pretty much my whole adult life. My feet have a really protective layer of callouses built up. Which is great for going barefoot, but not so great everywhere else. I have tried ped-eggs, electric foot files, exfoliating foot masks, foot shavers, and just about everything else to help with my callouses, and nothing has really worked significantly.So, when I saw a positive review of this on social media, I figured it was worth a try, since I've tried everything else. Suffice it to say, I was SO IMPRESSED. This cleared off years and years of dead skin in just one treatment. I'm not sure if it's the glycolic acid, if it's the way the foot file is made, or if it's something else entirely, but it is very effective. If you are on the fence, pick this up! It works like nothing else, and even though I have sensitive skin, I haven't had any reaction to this.It is of course not a "one-and-done" treatment, as callouses build up again with use. I use it about every two weeks, but I go barefoot a lot, and I'd imagine if you spent a lot of time inside or in shoes, you could use it maybe once a month or as needed instead.So far the treatment is lasting a long time, but I will definitely re-order when I run out. I wish the foot file was made a little stronger/more durable, but it's not a big deal, since it's sold as a set, and I'll get a new one when I run out of spray.

Very effective but I honestly haven’t checked the ingredients hope this isn't terrible for health.

This has to be the best calus remover I have ever used. It was as easy as it said it would be. 1 to 3 minutes after spraying on my heals, I scrubbed and like magic my heals looked great.

This stuff is great! It make an at home pedi so much easier to get salon like results.

My feet are really bad. I sprayed and waited 3 minutes. Next I used the file that came with kit. Didn’t really do much but then I sprayed and rubbed in. Waited 3 minutes and got the cheese grater out. Saw some improvement and got that “just had a pedi and I’m walking on air “ vibe. I think it will work if I repeat every few days or once a week.Update: WOW! This really is the magical solution to cracked dry feet. I can’t believe how different my feet and heels look.

I was really shocked that it worked as well as it did and as fast as it did, I didn't really know what to get so I finally settled on this one and I'm glad I did. I would definitely do this over a trash can, the file seems sturdy and my feet are so much happier.
