Exactly what I needed to adapt old Thule 724 Flat Top (92724) Ski Carrier
Posting this since I had a hard time nailing down what I actually needed. I was trying to mount an old Thule flat top carrier (724 I think) to a Rhino Rack aero bar with the t-channel, which I figured would be as easy as just unscrewing the FM1 (Fat Mouth) clamp from the ski carrier and replacing the clamp with a T-channel bolt. I bought the "M6x35mm, 4mm Thickness" version of these bolts with the fully square base. They are the perfect size and worked out exactly how I wanted them to, using the stock Thule wing nuts to secure them inside the ski carrier. It makes it so someone can't remove the Ski carrier without unlocking it, rather than just by hand with the Fat Mouth clamp. It also saves me about 1" of height on my Jeep which doesn't sound like a lot but can make all the difference in some parking garages. It took me only a few minutes to swap everything. I took the picture after I had mounted the rear rack but before swapping the front rack to illustrate exactly what I was working with for anyone else who was facing the same situation. The other unexpected benefit was that I was able to slide the ski carrier all the way to the end of the bars making it easier to get skis in and out. The second picture shows both racks changed out.

Works as expected. No quality issues
Exactly what I needed to mount my bike racks to my overland bars. Way cheaper than OEM parts as well and they seem solid

Worked on installing a Thule SUP taxi on to new aero bars
I wish it came in a shorter length when I purchased them. Worked fine in mounting the SUP taxi unto the aero bars. The edges are a bit sharp so it does not slide well. I greased it up well before sliding it on the track and it moved ok. The extra length of the screw required a deep 10 mm socket to screw all the way down. Other than that, it does the job.

Double check what length you need
Perfect size square head for my roof rack but the bolt i purchased is too short to use the plastic thumb screws that came with my cargo box. I got it installed using the nuts provided in this purchase.

Does Not Fit Yakima Roof Tracks
Too thick to slide into Yakima roof tracks.

Works well on Rhino-Rack Rails
Although they are a little long, they fit nicely and work well to secure things--such as this solar panel tilt mount--to the factory Rhino-Rack rail system on our travel trailer.

Great value for what I needed
I wanted to mount my awning on my roof rack however I did not want to drill my aftermarket crossbars. These came in handy for my Kia Seltos. They slide on top of the crossbar rubber easily and are mounted nice and tight. Great product vs the $60 version they sell at name brands.
