I had ringworm on my finger so bad 10 years ago it swelled and crusted all around the finger. I'd tried what people said, but everything I tried made it worse: opening it with brushing only served to spread or inflame it, as did anything like tea tree oil alone. I also ended up with a huge patch inside my elbow.So recently I was really scared when it came back in the exact places! I'm sure it lays dormant in there, nasty stuff. Lamasil works but very very very slowly. Also tincture of black walnut works, but it takes so long as well.I decided to try this ointment. I'd had this stuff for two weeks on my finger. On the arm, it only came out in a few itchy spots. The black walnut tincture got rid of it right away. But the finger fungus is pretty deep. With this ointment, within two days the skin looked pink instead of red and inflamed, flat instead of puffed, and it just looked overall better. It's been about four days now. Two days ago I started putting this ointment and covering it with liquid bandage, as I read here. It really is unbelievably better. I'm not ready to go around with it uncovered yet - I don't want it spreading to my pets. But it is healing tremendously fast, considering I've had this for a few weeks prior. And when I had it the first time, it didn't totally go away for many many many months, even with internal meds and doctor-prescribed creams.I suggest trying this. Something about this ointment works very well on ringworm.Note: a warning that was not on the package: DO NOT wear this out in the sun! I put it on, and went for a walk with no gloves or bandage on my finger. I wanted the finger to get some sun and air. Before I got home, the area looked black and necrotic! I got scared! But I kind of knew it was the ointment but still it was really really ugly. I went to try to wash the ointment off, and right, it was just the ointment. It didn't all come off right away, and my finger still has a bit of dark areas. They really need to put that warning on the tube.

This product is great for use on ringworm. I have been struggling for a year to get rid of several spots of ringworm with the use of multiple over-the-counter creams and sprays, prescription creams, and essential oils (tea tree oil). I could often get it to start going away with several weeks to months of use, but as soon as I quit using the past products the spots would flare back up. The most effective previously was tea tree oil. The Terrasil took one treatment to drastically make a difference overnight,I was amazed. I have been using it every day for almost a week now and the spots have almost totally cleared up. I will continue to use a little longer to ensure it is fully treated, but this product is the best and fastest working out of the many that I've tried.

I only used this product for a couple of days. Not sure if this is working or not, but I've noticed that it turns dark shade of brown on my skin. I am unable to use it in the morning - can not go anywhere with this thing on my skin, nor at night since I do not want to stain my sheets.Will try a different ointment

I bought the cream for my Boston terrier who suffers from a persistent case of ringworm. While the product works extremely well, it’s consistency is something of a bother.I’ve used another brand that is smooth and creamy, while the Terrasil is so thick that I have to remove the cap just to get the product out of the tube. It also contains lumps that do not apply easily. I looked for a production or use by date to see if it had somehow expired but was unable to locate one.This product would be so much easier to use if the consistency were creamier and without the lumps. Other than that it works great!

I’m blown away that this product worked better than prescription over the counter drugstore brands I was trying for different things and I didn’t start seeing results until I bought this I also like how moisturizing it is and it doesn’t feel like you’re rubbing a bunch of chemicals all over you. I train jiu jitsu 4 5 days a week and sometimes we get ransoms that come in the gym and I get ring worm. I have used both of the ring worm creams you get at your local grocery store and they both have only made my ring worm worse. In the first 2 days of using this product my ring worm instantly started to go away. I also love how thick it is compared to the other brands and it actually doesn’t go away so easy. I recommend to anyone that has ring worm

Works well if used correctly. I used this product and others for a couple of months but was getting little to no results. Finally It occured to me that the treatment wasn't getting into the affected area. By getting the skin really clean before applying the treatment made all the difference. Do this when ever reapplying.
