Finding a vitamin C that does not bother my stomach is difficult. So difficult that this is the only one I have found. This was recommended by a health practitioner. I do not have any GERD or stomach irritation at all when I use this. I will take one a day but more when I am sick.

I am so thrilled to have found this product. I have tried so many brands and types of vitamin C, and they all gave me an incredible migraine for days after taking. I cannot even take a multivitamin -- they all give me this same headache. I think they were all made from corn. Anyway, this tapioca vitamin C is fantastic. Not the slightest trace of a headache.

Not included on the list of ingredients on the product page is Titanium Dioxide-- seen on the product label. I would call that false advertising.
