I'm getting different ansers to this, is the keyboard hotswappable or not???

This keyboard is not hot-swappable, thanks for your attention to Keychron C2.

What does the key do that is above the "ins" key, to the left of the "microphone" key, and looks like a square with a slash through it? (Windows 10)

What is the keycap profile?

The C2 has all necessary multimedia and function keys (Num Lock works with Windows only), while compatible with Windows, and comes with a dedicated Siri or Cortana key. Extra keycaps for both Mac and Windows operating systems are included.

How do I get the backlights on ?

The C2 doesn’t have backlights
