I have only been taking this for a few days. I haven't noticed any weight loss...yet (HA!!!), but what I haven't experienced are any side effects (e.g., jitters, headaches, temperature spikes, etc.) which usually accompany thermogenic products. For that, I am extremely grateful.I also like the fact that the label has legible writing. I can actually read what's on the label. I do not have to extend my arm and hold it directly under a light and squint as if I'm reading Arabic. That's a definite plus for an almost 50-year-old broad. THANK YOU!!!

This "herbal supplement" has the potential to cause liver damage and induce hepatitis / liver failure. If you want the health benefits of green tea, brew your own and drink it hot or cold. You don't need this because it's not worth the potential risks. I had taken these for 4 months before I came across the research. What prompted me was the fact that I started feeling less and less energetic. I wound up tossing the full 3rd bottle in the trash. Use at your own risk. Minimal (if any) fat burning ever occurred, so on top of the health risks, there's almost no weight loss benefit to be had. It's basically a dangerous placebo. Just walk 30 minutes a day and eat more vegetables in your diet and you'll be better off.

I have been using the green tea extract for 2 weeks and I am down 5lbs. I am quite sure I would be down more if I exercised more. I also have more energy and feel great.

Within the first couple days of takin these pills I experience a great amount of energy that I usually do not have due to my hectic life schedule. I average about 4 hours of sleep daily so I struggle with being able to stay awake and that drive to push through the day was non-existent. These pills are EVERYTHING. I plan on keeping them a part of my daily vitamin regimen.

I've cut out coffee from my diet but was missing the caffeine boost that it gave me in the morning. Decided to try this green tea extract because everyone says it's better for you than coffee. So glad I purchased this supplement - gives me the boost I need without jitters and without having 8 cups of coffee loaded with cream! Will purchase again!

I decided to try this Green Tea Extract supplement because I quit drinking coffee a few months ago and now I have no energy! I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks and I have been pleasantly surprised! I have noticed more energy with no jitters or afternoon crash. I will definitely keep taking this supplement!

I really like this green tea supplement so far. I feel like I have a bit more energy that lasts throughout the day. Normally i crash after my second cupOf coffee but lately I’ve had more energy. I like that this is high in antioxidants. I think it’s making my complexion more clear too.

not sure if it is really working, switched to different supplement
