The texture, taste and smell are all great. I tried a few brands but didn't like it much. I ate this kind of chyvanaprash many years back as a kid. I got it from a temple. Feels authentic.The results are hard to say immediately, but you will know them inside. I will update the review after 3 months.Do not think much and try it.

It really boosts immunity and aids in betterment of health. You can consider giving it your children if they come across frequent fever or cold. It tastes ok.But this is the best product I have came across so far.
