Product comes with 2 battery packs and a set of tools , But didn’t find the polishing pads though. There is a universal cutting tool, scrapper and 2 more. Since tool is good for small jobs , battery driven is most convenient, plus helps having a spare. The charging indicator is on the charger which turns green from red when battery is charged and it takes under an hour.Manual is sketchy , so here it goes. Rotate the lever on top of head until locking plate drops down and insert the tool into slots and lock.For cutting initially just make sure a straight guide slot . Can keep a lower setting for control. Next at normal speed ,slide up down until cut is through. Can plunge cut for thicker plank.Very good for planning off for windows which are tight , etc.After 1 month,Multitool is good but battery pack are absolutely crap. Both not working now. On opening a cell found bulging. It takes 6 cells AJT18650 Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery 3.7V, available on Amazon which can be replaced. Alternative buy a Lukzer 2000mah 21V Max Li-ion Battery on Amazon. Pack fits perfectly and is easisiest solution

After a week's delay and a followup I received the package today Dissatisfied and disappointed that a used product in a broken box without manual and with 2 blade and 1 missing battery as accessories has been sent.Fail to understand what quality check was done before dispatch, need to return

Poor product quality, battery stopped working within 6 months with minimum uses. Don't buy this brand, try some other brand.

Don't ever buy from this brand.. cheap quality build and worst product.. no warranty on product and there is no product manual for beginners.. 😡😡😡😡
