Meh!(1) Nothing to do with the product quality- I have oily acne prone skin. Waxing any where other than my face and it is ingrown hairs for weeks. This hard wax is no different.(2) Mess factor. Again- nothing to do with the quality of the product. It is just the type of product is messy. Be prepared to have hard bits of wax on the floor or surface your on. Highly caution you not to wax on carpet. Small bits will fall off your skin and adhere to the floor after you remove it. I used a towel under me- it now has forever colored wax in it.Otherwise- these issues are small for someone willing to ruin a wax only towel and isn’t prone to ingrown hairs. If that’s the case- then get this! Still uncomfortable, but significantly less pain than other type of systems that rip the hair from the folicle. I had not bruising or “hicky” marks, that I normally get with other types or wax. Also, very easy to learn. Great quality product.

I could've bought a wax machine, beads, and wax sticks all separably... But I decided to buy this kit so I could receive all at once and use upon arrival. FAIL. Only came with wax machine. And they threw 5 of each stick in the wax machine box.I'm returning. I'm upset cuz I wanted to use. Now I will buy everything separately. And wait.Do not buy from Betily.

Ok, Seriously so NOT pain free. I mean what the hell man!!! It hurts!!!So now that I've gotten that out of the way, This hurts and it smells like every other wax place I've been too. BUT.... It is the BEST at home wax kit that I've bought. It took out all the hairs and the roots in one try. I'd buy this again but with the knowledge that the whole pain free thing is a myth. lol

As embarrassing as this is, I'm going to share in case it can help someone else. So, I have a problem that many women have, which is excess facial hair. Mine is from a hormone imbalance. Anyway, I've tried wax strips which don't work, plucking which takes forever and grows back within a week, and even resorted to shaving my chin only to battle ingrown hairs. I did not know the hard wax would work as good as it does, it's perfect for pulling fine hair. I feel like I found a cure to my disease. I don't have to be embarrassed anymore. It hurts pretty bad especially on my upper lip but it's worth it! I can't wait to give my mom a free facial wax! The product took a little bit longer to ship, a few business days and then took 2 days to deliver. It did only come with one pack of blue beans also. But I'm still excited! Remember to put on towards hair growth and take off opposite and to apply thick so it's easy to peel off.

I bought this one for my friend because i love my wax warmer. I only wish it came with more beans but it did come with some applicator sticks and some small trays. Which mine did not. Anyways my friend loves it as much as i love mine.

First time to ever use this item and the WHOLE thing melted! Sending it back in hopes they do a full refund! I do not recommend buying this!!!

The picture is a little bit deceiving of this product. I read what all came with it so I knew what was coming but the picture of product looks like you get all those wax beans and 4 wax melt containers, you get 1 small bag of beans and I only received 3 containers. But I'm excited to try it!! And the wax warmer is very nice
