Alcachofa Artichoke & Flaxseed Plus 7 Fibers Weight Loss Powder Blend (15oz)

I had started taking this supplement about 6 months ago, after I decided to aggressively tackle my stubborn post-pregnancy pounds. Unfortunately my neighborhood convenience store ran out of stock last week, but I was so happy to see this is sold on Amazon!All I do is sprinkle some of the powder on my cereal in the morning and that's it. I haven't changed my diet drastically. I exercise moderately. My system has been feeling stronger and regular since I began the regimen.I weighed myself last week and I'm 5 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight! Highly recommend!

I started taking this product about a week ago. And since then I can't use the bathroom. I'm very constipated, it's crazy. Am I doing something wrong? I drink it in the morning mix with water or juice. Please help

This gave me sooo much gas!!! It was sooo embarrassing! Has anyone else experienced this? And the taste is awful! It is hard to cover the taste unless it is poured into something thick or really sweet...
