It was pretty but to small

This teapot is absolutely beautiful! The glass is very clear with no hint of cloudiness ..no air bubbles, either.As with all of my borosilicate teapots, I will not use them on the stovetop. I use my pour-over electric kettle to heat water to the correct temperature for the type of tea. Whoever thinks this teapot is lightweight must be used to Pyrex glass!My only real complaint was the flimsy packing. The teapot was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in the shipping box..no Styrofoam inserts! Needless to say, the teapot survived, but the lid and infuser were shattered to bits. To the makers credit, a replacement was shipped immediately, and arrived the next day safe and sound, with a little more bubble wrap. Still a gamble on safe arrival.

Lovely tea pot - looks beautiful and even has an artistic feel about it.Very disappointing however.....our loose green tea leaves leaked out of the infuser holes. As much as we did not want to, we had to return it - most unfortunate.

Preserved this teapot and received it a few days ago, I didn’t have to open the box to realize that was broken, when I took it out, still in the plastic wrapping I could see the neck was completely destroyed. Amazon immediately sent a replacement which arrived yesterday 4/6/2023 but the top union of the handle is cracked and moves a little, also didn’t have any plastic wrapping and has no lid. I’m returning this one too. It’s beautiful but impossible to use being broken.

It's alot smaller then I anticipated

This cracked during washing. Not sturdy, frail. Very cute though.

Smaller than expected. I will be sending back for refund.

I was going to return it because I ordered the small one without realizing it. But it’s so cute I kept it and love it
