When added conservatively to sausage mixtures, it makes the final product hold together better, have some "spring" when you bite into it, and prevents drying out and mealy, crumbly textures. It makes a big difference in the final product!

Almost expired product received
The products expiration date is BB 11/08/24. I only received it yesterday 08/28/24. Why did Ipay for a product that will expire soon and won’t even be used even a quarter of it because you will only use a small amount for the recipe that asked for phosphate?
