Have been looking for a product like this. The first brush they sent out, I had to return, due to the bristles on the brush were squashed. Although they slide the brush into a "crush-proof" tube, the bristles still arrived squashed. The exchange brush was good, and works perfectly in scrubbing out my cpap hoses. The only thing I'd change is the length of the "cable". IMO, it's actually too long. You need length of course to get to the entire hose, but this cable is a little difficult to work with because of the stiffness(which I understand, has to be stiff). I've learned how to manage it when using it, but a shorter cable would make it easier to manipulate while using it. Storing it was accomplished by hanging 3 types of stick up hooks, vertically, and hanging it up vertically. You don't want to have to tie-wrap the cable every time you're done using it, as it has a lot of tension in it, which it needs of course.😁

I've been on a CPAP now for maybe 6 months and it's very easy to clean. However, I've always wondered how clean I was getting the inside of the hose by just "sloshing" water and soap around inside of it.This is an excellent solution to that. I generally get it soapy, then just push it through both ends of the hose and pull it back out. I then slosh the inside of the hose with some more soap water and rinse it incredibly well.One thing to know. Maybe don't insert it al the way into one side. If it fits very snug in the hose, it makes the hose bunch up and is hard to pull out. Also, it's easier to pull out if the hose is fully laid out, versus coiled. It just has a clear path to be pulled out that way. Other than that it's great.I can see this lasting for quite a while (years maybe) with average use. This is also the same unit they sell on some CPAP sites and is like half the price here. So it's a good purchase.

Works well for cleaning the cpap hose. Could be a little longer because it won't reach all the way through the hose. Would buy again.

Works great. You can insert in both ends of the hose to reach the entire length. Go in 1ft, scrub back and forth, go in another foot, go back and forth, etc. It is a little awkward due to the stiffness of the wire. I would buy again.

I purchased several CPAP brushes, this was probably the best of them all. However I returned because it is so stiff I was afraid of damaging the hose. Also too short to do entire length in one shot. After doing some research I question whether one really needs to brush out the CPAP hose in the first place. People have the notion that there are tons of deadly bacteria living in the hose but research does not bear this out. I will continue to rinse monthly with hypochlorous acid solution (purchased a gallon on Amazon which will last several years). The CPAP supply vendors would like you to think you need all these extensive cleaning supplies, playing on peoples fears.

I’ve written some reviews on other cpap brushes that I thought I liked but in long run, they were not so great. The common issue I kept having was the brush wasn't stuff Enough to through the house and would get stuck so I couldn’t fully scrub the tube. This one is sturdy right to be pushed through with ease. It makes the dreaded tube cleaning kea off a chore and much quicker. The one complaint is this is very short. It barely reaches the end of the hose and i not use a short hose. My longer heated tube, this wouldn’t reach the end. Depending on which tube you have, you may be able to just push it through the other end. The Resmed heated tubing, you probably couldn’t use this brush since one end is an L shape.

I'm new to using a Bipap machine and I was looking for a cleaning brush to clean the hose. There are many to choose from but I chose this particular one because of it's size. The brush is 46" long and it fits my 15mm hose that has 22mm hose adapters.It is much easier to maneuver than the longer brushes. I simply insert as far as it will go on one end of the hose than i turn the hose around and insert the brush into the other end of the hose. The brush is long enough to clean past the half way mark of the hose. The bristle part of the brush is about 4.5" long and is made of soft nylon.The wire is not too flimsy but stiff enough to hold it's shape. I straightened out the wire with my hands and didn't have any issues. The plastic handle is not too large and fits nicely in my female hand. I used a Command Strip hook (not included) to hang the brush on the back of my bathroom door.I highly recommend this cleaning brush. You won't be disappointed.
