They are well made and absorbent.
These pads are very long and can be used for alternate uses with the Poise overnight pads or used in combination with the wider pad.

Best brand for this type of item.
Price seems a little high. However, its a necessary item to use inside a pullup at night to help prevent leaking from around the leg openings. We've tried most brands. We like this brand the best. Also tried a smaller size of Liv Dri pullup to get a more snug fit around the leg openings. But a smaller size pullup makes the waist and stomach feel too tight. Also tried using the longer length booster pad but it isn't that cost effective when insurance won't pay for it. Will definitely continue to order.

Not great for bedridden people
I bought these to boost the lousy absorption of the diapers Medicare supplies to my mom, who is bedridden and can't roll over. The narrow width and thickness placed pressure on her tailbone, causing her pain and almost caused a bedsore before we stopped using these for her. I purchased instead Northshore booster pads that are very wide. They're comfortable, but more expensive than the Tena Proskin Briefs (diapers), which is what we were using and are just as (or more) effective than the Medicare ProCare Briefs with a booster pad. So I guess, we'll go back to buying our own diapers. Quite disappointed in these. However, if the person they're intended for is able to walk, change position, and so on these might be good for them.
