These are delicious and I can definitely tell my teeth feel cleaner after I have 1 or 2 of them. I sometimes have issues with fake sugars and have before with xylitol, but this is the good stuff and have zero ill effects. I think there's a big difference between processed corn xylitol and birch xylitol. This brand uses the good stuff. My toddler loves these and doesn't feel they're too spicy, as mint sometimes can be. My favorite of this brand is definitely the cinnamon, but the rest of my family prefers the mint. It's nice to have a huge bag on hand as it lasts quite a while. We do have a dog so keep these high up in the panty well out of reach, and I remind my family constantly not to do anything that might make it accessible to the dog. I have the majority at work, however, where I keep a large bag in my desk, and coworkers often come in and ask me for one. The large bag lasts forever and makes it very economical, even with lots of coworkers around constantly asking for one.

This is a xylitol product that she has created with her name. You have to be careful because not all xylitol gums and mints are created equally. Some contain other artificial sweeteners which cause problems. Others don't contain as much xylitol. Some are more expensive or just taste plain bad. This is a large bag of good tasting mints. They remind me of those famous mints that come in a tin can except these are not that strong and they are actually good for you.I will tell you a short story.A few years ago, I went to the dentist and they told me that I had receding gums in two areas. They wanted to do a gum transplant or something horrible like that. The periodontist told me that it can not get better, that it was most likely genetic and just something I have to have surgically done to correct.I was l already familiar with Dr. Ellie, but have to admit, had been a little lazy with my oral care at home.I said to the periodontist that I would prefer to watch and wait, and see if I can do some things to reverse the problem. He told me that he was fine with watching and waiting, but there was no way it could get better without surgery, and that it may get very bad very quickly if I don't have the surgery.I got hard core about using Dr. Ellie's simple system including using xylitol. I went back to the dentist about 6 months later, and they had to admit, it wasn't worse, and in fact actually looked a little better.They have not brought up gum surgery to me again since then.Blessings to you, Dr. Ellie.

This is actually my second bottle of Zellie’s mints!(The mints are hard like candy and melt in your mouth slowly, though they do tend to break or crack before fully dissolving if you bite them or press them with your tongue.)I tried the peppermint first, which was good, but I like the spearmint even more. More minty and fresh flavor!The flavor is super refreshing without being overpowering.My kids really enjoy them too, especially after meals or just as a little treat. I also looked it up on the Yuka app and it got a 72/100, so I feel good keeping these on hand. Definitely planning to stick with the spearmint from now on!That said, if you’re hoping these will help with dry mouth, they only help a little and just while the mint is in your mouth! Once it’s gone, the dryness comes right back. So I wouldn’t rely on them for that purpose—but for a tasty, better-for-you mint, they’re a solid pick.

I bought these for the dental benefits of eating xylitol mints between meals. They taste great and I've been making it a habit of popping a few after lunch. I just wish the price was a bit lower as it seems a little pricey for what you get. Hoping my dentist can see a difference!

I like the mints a lot. They are refreshing, are a satisfying size, and knowing they are working to create an environment in my mouth that helps to establish a barrier to tooth decay is fantastic. I use the mints in conjunction with Dr. Ellie’s teeth maintenance strategy, and my teeth have never been cleaner. They’ve been feeling as smooth as glass throughout the entire day since I’ve been following her procedure. I totally recommend the mints.

These little bites of smooth textured peppermint gum pack quite a punch.They are sugarless and last quite a while if you don't chew right away and just let them dissolve slowly.I have been using these for a year, and with flossing after every meal, and daily brushing at night with my electric toothbrush by Oral B, the pockets next to a couple of teeth have shrunk quite a bit to almost none.I usually have chew about 2 a day and the bottle lasted me almost 7 months. I keep them in the fridge so they stay nice and fresh, and put a few in my pill dispenser to carry with me.If you want to decrease and even eliminate cavities, stop eating tons of sugar, and chew on these... they work...
