The price was great. Also, I like the design of the product lite easy to hold and it's mic mouth piece. Dislike.. The problem I experienced, was individuals not being able to hear me. They kept stating, your breaking upI cannot hear you well. I am uncertain, if my device was defective. However, I didnot want to take a chance of replacing it and getting the same problem.

I bought these to try at work because I was getting a sore neck from Always holding the phone. They work great, I have no problem with them at all. All my clients can here me and I can hear them just fine!
