Great natural filter
I paired this with a gofiltr which makes the water more ph balanced and love the result. Water tastes clean and pure and still has good minerals.

I would highly recommend this produce and will be a repeat customer.
LOVE this charcoal stick. It works extremely well! Our water tastes cleaner, fresher... no chlorine taste. The ultimate bonus is that it come in recyclable cardboard box with no plastic or styrofoam, and the stick itself will eventually be added to our composter. ZERO WASTE

Repeat customer
Very efficient, easy to use, and low cost. I am a repeat customer and look forward to using this brand for years to come. Cost-effective, nothing to install, easy to use, can wrap up and carry in an emergency and utilize it for home treatment. I do follow the instructions of boiling it every two weeks and allowing the stick to dry when not in use and allowing it to sit in the water for 6-7 hours.

Affordable, efficient alternative
We should have used these a long time ago. An affordable, easy to use plastic free alternative. Plus the charcoal in a glass pitcher is aesthetically pleasing, even on our dining table.

Better water for drinking and tea making!
I can taste the difference in the water since using the bichotan! When putting it in a plastic vessel it made the plastic flavor obvious, so I've been keeping it in a glass container and it has helped the drinking water taste much more pleasant. Since you need to wait 6-8hrs or so, it doesn't make enough to last the entire time, but is perfect if kept for making teas and coffees. Remember to boil once every two weeks to reset its effectiveness!
