Initially, I had given this product a 1 star review. I could not get the device to connect and was frustrated that what I thought would work didn't seem to be functioning. Turns out, I just can't read instructions. In my mind, I wanted to power the device on, THEN put into pairing mode. Turns out, you don't turn it on first lol. Oops! Great little headset and the audio quality is good for the price.

The VT-BH01 performs very well as a phone headset--the main reason I bought this. The people to whom I speak say voice quality it's as good as a landline.I also listened to streaming music from my phone on the VT-BH01. Sound had plenty of midrange and trebel--perfect for voices, maybe not music. I tried to adjust the volume using the headset + and - buttons, but it either paused or advanced the track without changing the volume. This isn't a show-stopper─I can adjust the volume from my phone.I am a bit confused why this is billed as a "stereo" unit. With only one speaker over one ear, there is no stereo effect. Perhaps it sums the Left & Right channels into a mono signal?? (still not "stereo").Again, I didn't buy it for listening to music, but false advertising always bothers me; that's why I gave it only four stars. I do appreciate Amazon's side-pictures. They have more information than the instructions the unit came with.-- Bottom line: the VT-BH01 is a *very good* headset which delivers good range, battery-life, phone and voice quality, and rejects background noise exceptionally well. But it isn't "stereo".

Easy to recharge. We use it to answer our order line and our question line. Just hit the button and start talking. Instantly connects to either phone on dial out or the one ringing. You can actually hear the caller without having to use the phone speaker system. Callers think you are on a land line as far as outgoing quality. Glad we got it. One can actually walk from office to office to answer the clients question without having to put the client on hold or put the phone down...

*********UPDATE**********VicTal provided amazing customer service to get my issue resolved and sent me a new pair! As I mentioned previously this headset, side-by-side with other headphones in this price range, are by far the best. Comparable headphones didn't last very long. The ones I bought to replace these were terrible and make me sound like I was in an echo chamber. So glad to have a new pair of these pack in my life.*****************************************************************************************************************************************This headset was great until a few months ago. Right about the time, it turned 1-yr. old. And then it started going downhill. Despite a 12 hour charge, it will only last an hour or two off the charger. Today, it barely lasted through a 30-minute phone call. I took it apart to see if I couldn't put in a new battery but it's not really able to be customer serviced. Which sucks. Am I supposed to throw it away? Spend money to repair when a new one would cost less? It works great the first year, but just expect that you're going to throw it away in a year.

This product should not be listed as being able for use with laptops or PCs. It does not work. I tried following the instructions and have worked with 2 IT helpdesk teams to try and get it to work with my laptop. The headset definitely pairs with the chip, but it is not recognizable to the PC.

Love it, great quality and packaging. Works great. The sound quality is actually very good, and the built quality is sturdy. I am very happy with the overall purchase and will recommend this to my friends.

Unit worked good for a month and then the battery dropped off to less then an hour . Also unit shuts off when you put it in the cradle so when you want to use it again you have to go in and reconnect your blue tooth settings every time.

This headset doesn't sound good on either end; people sound like a tin can on the other end about half the time, and I come across as garbled on their end quite frequently. We ordered several of these headsets in our office, and nobody is using them any longer. The range is also pretty bad, and requires line of sight (meaning I can run around the corner to fill my coffee during a conference call like I could with my old set).I guess it's comfortable though?

This was expected to be a branded one. Unfortunately it has no brand name.
