Q: Are the listed dimensions of only the sleeping area, or do they include the frame once fully assembled?

Hello, the listed dimensions are the dimensions of the fully assembled frame. Due to the slope of the fence on both sides, the sleeping area is slightly smaller than this size. The dimensions of the actual sleeping area as follows: M- 35.5" x 16.2", L- 43" x 20.9", XL- 46.9" x 22.1".

Q: How do I contact custom service? The material is tearing and falling apart.

Nooo and it’s basically for the outdoors if you’re outdoors, your dog lay on it really not easy to put together. If your dog is a chewy do not buy it because it will chew it.
