does a nice job but the directions don't tell you that you need to lay knives on the angle . If you go straight it will take the edge off

Pretty good for sharpening knives and my scissors. My good scissors got pretty dull after a lot of use. Few strokes on this and they work like new.

Does the job but the device could be labeled a little better for which is for what etc. Sure the manual has it but that is a little inconvenient.

I got this mostly as a scissor sharpener. It made my scissors duller, the sharpening angle is so bad it is physically impossible to sharpen scissors in it. Do not purchase this for use as a scissor sharpener
