So my back is stiff and I have sciatica and some disc issues so I wanted something to help stretch my back safely and not hurt so I came across this and bought it. I've owned it a couple of days and on the first level so it wouldn't do any damage.It stretched my back great, there was only a very minute amount of pain but that was expected. As a beginner it warns you not to do it for too long, and it also says that you probably won't need to go above the first level of adjustment. The instructions are kinda hard to understand as it's a bad translation to English but I at least got the jist. So far I'm glad I bought it, I will update this at a later date in a week or so and tell you how I'm doing.

This contraption was very awkward I am 53 and 5’2Thought this would work for back issues but No ! If you’re young go for it try it out, the price was great. Once I got down and on it , it was hard getting off the thing.
