READY TO SEND. This is an adorable quilt - that is gender neutral and sure to make that new mom/dad smile. What's not to love about this quilt. It measures approximately 39 x 39 and features the words eat, play, sleep repeat. Given its size it is perfect as a crib quilt or playmat and would be very useful as a coverup in the car. This quilt is simply adorable and would be the perfect present to welcome that new little one. It is a pieced and appliqued quilt (each piece is individually cut and affixed to the back of the quilt). Anchored with zig zag stitches that are sewn very close together. The back is yellow polka dot This hand-crafted quilt is machine pieced and machine quilted in my home studio in Hershey, PA. A rough edge applique technique is used in the construction of all my quilts. Once it is appliqued I then pieced it. Finally it was quilted on my long arm quilting frame using a random meander stitch. finished with French binding (with mitered corners). The beautiful binding is hand stitched for seamless lines and durability. It is gently machine-washed prior to sending. To care for it wash in the washer on gentle cycle and tumble dry. Expect a small amount of fraying - this adds to the cottage chic appeal
