The pillow is fine. My only complaint is that I was sent the wrong size and it took quite a while to get it into a box and bring it over to the post office. Amazon did provide a shipping label and the seller was willing to work through the situation with me. I sent them the few pictures they requested and they were satisfied that it was their error. Also be very careful with the inner liner. It is very thin and tears easily.

I purchased a couch that was too deep…..this pillow has been a perfect solution. It has truly changed the seating depth and has made sitting much more comfortable. I’m very happy that I found this.

We got this and so happy we did. So comfy I can sit up in my bed comfortably reading or using my laptop. Also we have a gap where our headboard is so it's perfect for covering that. Keeps the dust away. Love it!
