Inflating is easy: Open the tank by rotating the green value four full turns. Place the balloon on the black nozzle; hold in place. Gently press down near the end of the black nozzle to release helium. Fill latex balloons to resemble the shape of an egg, not a lightbulb. Tie a knot in the balloon and attach ribbon between the knot and the end of the balloon. Close the tank twisting the green valve when you are finished to save unused helium for later use.
