Comfortable and weight evenly distributed
Really pleased with this vest. The shoulders are nicely padded and the weight is evenly distributed. I wear it on all my walks now. I’m female and find the fit fine for body/waist shoulders. Recommend. 10kg purchased.

Quality best and feels likes worth the price
haven’t seen it in my local bars so I thought I’d be different and I’m happy I did, this is everything you need in a vest so easy to train with as the weight sits high on your torso. Also easy to train to failure with as the 1kg weights are so easy to slip out but also sit firmly. Definitely recommend

Great strength training
Purchased this for running with, couldn’t get the vest tight enough to stop it banging on my chestWorks great for its intended purpose though, perfect for calisthenics
