Q: Can this be used to gold book pages?

They are suitable for use in art painting. You can search for gold foil paintings on the Internet, We haven't tried gold pages, but they should be the same as paintings

Q: I want a kit for books pages, that isn't mentioned here, does this work well for book gilding, and do the instructions cover that?

The instructions are extremely limited and full of typos. The product worked well enough for picture frames but I am not sure how it would work on book pages or anything that is flexible.

Q: What is the spray bottle in the kit used for?

To spray a sealant on the gold leaf when you have finished applying. Sealant is included in the kit.

Q: Do I need to dilute the glue or the sealant spray?

Glue and varnish need to be diluted according to the actual work demand. If you use spray bottle for work, you will need to dilute it. The ratio of glue to water is 10-25%. The exact amount is subject to the actual demand. You can use less water if you need better sealing
